    No contact after ETA application. Have Order number but no Application number as didn't get confirmation email. Payment been taken. 5 days ago since applied no contact at all. Can't fill check status, or contact form properly as no app number. What's my next steps.

    Hi I am hoping someone can help. My son was issued his PORT OF ENTRY and biometrics letter for entry to canada. From IRCC for IEC. Unfortunately it's been sent in an old surname which was in the OTHER NAMES USED SECTION of his police certificate which is obviously not the surname he uses now...
