    If IRCC has requested, there's no point in speculating, just go ahead and give it. I have seen some cases where biometrics were taken a total of 3 times too. If the biometrics are unclear IRCC will ask you again. This very very rarely happens though.

    You can withdraw the funds, but you should be able to explain if were questioned during the landing about the funds. Usually, I've never seen this questioning happen with anyone, but in case if it did, you should be very convincing about the fluctuations.

    You can call IRCC and ask, but I think agents say anything they want sometimes. From what I remember, they have access to almost the same info we do. Hopefully, you won't have to wait for much long.
