I think you case is a little different, most people get stuck in security screening, you background is completed. Did you have formal education in Canada? did you do ILETS test?- ZiadPal

Morning. I received the email on January 20th at 10:40 a.m. My tracker was updated today, background flipped to completed, then flipped back to in progress again. I submitted my FP today at 4:30. So I assume RCMP will start processing my FP tomorrow or on Friday.- ZiadPal

IRCC is a mess, sorry you are going through this shit with them. I highly encourage you to contact a lawyer, you don't need to make any mistake that can put you in troubles that can last years. You have been already waiting for long time. Good luck, and do keep us posted.- ZiadPal
