    Application Submitted at BLS in Regina - 25 Aug 2025 Application date on OCI website - 28 Aug 2025 Application status remain "Under Process" for almost the entire duration. Application status changed to "Granted" in OCI portal - 29 Oct 2025

    After 2 months the status of 2 (out of 3) application has changed to Granted. It was under process through out that duration. One application is still under process.

    You can ask someone who belong to the same assembly constituency, to submit a request on your behalf. They can submit a request from their account to cancel your voter Id. My nephew submitted an application to cancel mine.

    Submitted Form 7 from through his online account. He was the applicant and submitted the request to delete my name from the voter list. Not only relative, anyone within the same assembly constituency can apply to remove you from voter list.

    I had the same issue while submitting form 7 from Canada. I took the help of a relative to submit the form from India. Even, it was giving error while submitting the form. He needed to try multiple times.

    My BLS tracker status is "processing at consulate general" since for very long time. However, I am yet have acknowledgement at the OCI portal.

    Yes, you have to upload as per BLS office Regina. I combined Surrender Certificate, and declaration form together and uploaded.
