I too would like to know what this acknowledgement is. So far, I have only seen "Processing at Consulate General" on BLS tracker and "Under Process" on OCI status page as the statuses. My kid's application which was submitted a few days after mine has the status "Under Process" while mine is still showing "Pending". Is that an acknowledgement?- zeninmaking

Yes, I see "Pending" too. Not sure what that means but there is no "acknowledgement" as per previous posts- zeninmaking

When BLS says OCI process takes 6-8 weeks, is that from the time of Acknowledgement or is it from the time of submission?- zeninmaking

Hello! I submitted 2 applications : 1. Postal application was submitted on April 21, 2025 and BLS processed on April 24, 2025. 2. Walk-in application was submitted on April 28, 2025. I see both applications as Under Processing on the BLS tracker but OCI Status Enquiry says "No such record...- zeninmaking
