    My question is not exacly about RTD, but European countries visa. How long do they grant the visa lenght? is there a standart lenght? Or just for the dates mentioned in the visa application? My mexican visa has 6 months lenght, and Chilean visa 3 months lenght valid.

    Why cant you reach them by phone? I've called them twice, first time they said it was being processed and marked as urgent, second time they told "it was shipped yesterday, here's your tracking number" - but this happened in march for me. Was your form all complete with acessible guarantor?
