    It is too long time for an AOR. It´s so weird. Unless you remove your representative, you cant check your progress. All email and notification goes to your representative. Next step you'll be to give biometrics and other documents they requested when send the AOR.

    If you are living in other province and you notify immigration, your application is considered outside of Quebec. About the office location, it doesnt matter, it is just the building. They process application from different provinces.

    If you are protected person , you dont need that document, that´s only when you are claimant. Your proof of status is your letter, notice of decission.
