Update: Requested form submitted via CSE form on May 13 in the morning, receipt of it acknowledged around midday, May 14 - med request and biometrics instructions. Weirdly, no formal AOR letter, but the case number and UCI were mentioned in the ADR and moving forward.- whiterabbit

Ok, I'm gonna be the first one to mess something up in April lol Applied on Apr20, got a request to submit a new IMM5669 with the personal history / addresses including the period of Feb-Apr 2025 :) We filled the forms in February and did not update them when submitted the documents in April...- whiterabbit
