Just take a second test and inform them. I got some issues with my webcam during the first test even though I passed. I took the second test and wrote an email to inform them. My tracker updated the test to be completed 4 days after.- hhngo

My wife chose to get a physical copy so it was an in person ceremony in Mississauga. I choose to get e-certificate so that would be a virtual ceremony. I attended the ceremony with my wife and it was worth it- hhngo

My wife got her test marked as completed a month and half after completing the test and got her LPP completed 2 weeks after that. Ontario is moving fast so there is a hope :)- hhngo

That was fast!! I was invited to write the test on Oct 17 and I just did it on Oct 24. Hopefully, the test can be marked as completed and LPP soon. Background was done on Aug 28.- hhngo

That's completely normal. The sole purpose of the portal is to submit applications. You will receive a notification when your application is in progress, along with a link to create an account on the tracker.- hhngo
