Same here. AOR - 29 May, and last update was BG complete on 30 Aug. I also got my GCMS notes recently and it states my file is pending PM03 officer review. It is basically not assigned to a local office for this review since last 3 months.- rshangle

I also got the same ADR. First time it was from IRCC.DNNGFCitizenshipe-Apps-DemandesenligneCitoyenneteNGFRN.IR@cic.gc.ca.
