    The last time I tried, they informed me that the PR portal team is a separate department and that they do not have any updates on it. To let you know, I have received P1 again after receiving the initial P1.

    In the final decision from the GC key, it says September 8, 2025: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

    As long as charges are withdrawn, you were not at fault, and did not plead guilty, you will be fine even if biometrics were taken by the police. These do not appear negatively in the RCMP report.

    I saw one case similar to yours, but with Express Entry. This is not an issue if what you mentioned is accurate. Since you haven't pleaded guilty, the charges have been withdrawn. Your biometrics were taken by the police during that time? Make sure the document is prepared well, and the letter...
