    I don't know what you're looking for online. You can download the forms and the instruction guide and see whether it asks for these things. Try filling out the actual form, line by line. If it doesn't ask for those - that's the answer. (As far as I'm aware it does not)

    I understand but this ended up leaving out the concept that dates older than five years 'drop off', as well as other calculation errors (potential). Then just say that - "dates on the PR card are not related to RO."

    1) If you all stay until you have 730 in the five years prior to the date you apply, should be no issue. Each individual's application and compliance are considered separately. 2) Don't understand. Implication is you get a new card - that's it. I'll let others speak to your customs questions.

    I personally don't believe the 'not started' flag. I could be wrong. But it seems it's a flag (a 'bit') that is mapped variously to English in IRCC usage. I think more significant is when something changes (the flag being flipped). But just my opinion and I cannot 100% confirm what it means...

    If they don't specify, black and white is fine. If they specify colour - colour. As far as I'm aware, it's usually only when asked to submit copies of all pages of passport that they specify colour - but not certain. Note, since most applications are effectively now electronic - scan the stuff...

    You both/all can submit evidence of completing education (university or high school both qualify) in English language. I should think from UK that would just be whatever you have from either, they're going to understand the medium of instruction is English. Or for you the language test...
