    Yes there is but your application could also be denied for not being complete in the first place and you’d have to start from scratch in that case. Makes much more sense to ensure your application is complete before sending it.

    Tough call because 3 months may not be long enough to get COPR in India and get her passport back in time to return. Is there some flexibility on her return date? If not you will have to notify IRCC that she will be out of Canada until a specific date and the process will restart at that point.

    Your application can be returned as incomplete so would wait to receive PCC before applying. You need PCC way before AIP which is taking around 2 years to get an approval/refusal for most.
