Not sure how you will still get landing faster if you only recently got AIP under H&C. Many are still waiting for landing after receiving AIP last fall.

2. When filling out the application there is a place to declare that you are acting as a representative
Inlaws are not ties. How old are your children? You can’t sponsor someone for a TRV. You have to show you have ties to your home country (job, property, spouse/dependent children, etc), liquid funds, travel history, etc.
Has never been very accurate. Some are processed very quickly due to AI while manual processing takes longer. Growing backlog in India increasing processing time.
Multiple months. Is this for you? Do you have status in Canada? H&C does not prevent removal. Given processing times many are having to wait for the results of their H&C application abroad.
At this point people applying in 2025 are going to be waiting for years for response about AIP then they’ll likely add a JR as IRCC tries to reject more applications. The insanity continues. Landing after AIP is taking around a year now which is only going to get longer.
Way too many refusals. The fact that your brother is now in Canada weakens their application. You are both temporary residents so that also doesn’t help. Would wait until you get PR and consider applying for a supervisa and would suggest an initial visit of 2-3 weeks.
