H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

The issue is H&C was never meant to provide a path to PR for a large group of people. What should have happened is limiting who could apply a long time ago even if some genuine H&C cases would no longer qualify. Also removing people faster so there isn’t an ability to apply multiple times or...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

3-4 years now and with even more reduced quotas planned for next year processing times will go up even longer. Also removal while under H&C processing used to fairly rare which is no longer the case.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Think it is getting longer than 24 months for AIP or refusals if not refused quickly. The system needed reform a long time ago but is only getting worse.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Even with cases of FV there are many variables so tough to even generalize because of this. Due to the limited quota I assume that what used to be an almost guaranteed H&C approval may no longer be the case and expedited processing may take significantly longer.
