    She can attempt to visit you during processing. Yes she can pay you for her medical testing in Canada. You should always advise IRCC of change of location. If she is visiting Canada during processing the application will be processed inland. She can not move to Canada until her PR is approved.

Assume you may be referring to virtual hearings which happens for all forms of asylum claims to try to redistribute workloads between various locations/provinces and not limit members from hearing cases in one location.

    Does it specify proof of round trip airfare? That is very strange because IRCC strongly discourages purchase of airfare when applying. Proof of itinerary and proposed flight plans are usually sufficient.
