    Québec PR Timelines

Pretty sure they are experiencing normal processing times for Quebec so no point in filing writ of Mandamus. Also not sure you can file writ of mandamus for CSQ. You can no longer see all the previous posts so maybe @Taweda can post all their processing details to clarify.

    Concerning Immigration to Teach

Not speaking French is going to be problematic if not now it will be eventually and given your age you have limited pathways to get PR at the moment in Canada and none in Quebec. Do you have 2 degrees? Is the goal to remain in Canada longterm you really need to do more research and Quebec may...

Regarding excessive processing time for parents super visa

Have you ordered GCMS notes? Is there a reason for longer processing? I would suggest writ of mandamus at this point if you want an answer.

2025 PR Application Timeline (Protected Person)

They likely mean expedited processing of their asylum claim. @Winterland5620 That does not impact processing of PR unless you are identified as part of a PR pilot program. Anyone should feel free to ignore me. I will provide correct information to others.

Can I submit a H&C application while still waiting for a police clearance certificate?

Yes there is but your application could also be denied for not being complete in the first place and you’d have to start from scratch in that case. Makes much more sense to ensure your application is complete before sending it.

    Parents & Grandparents Program(PGP) 2024

Tough call because 3 months may not be long enough to get COPR in India and get her passport back in time to return. Is there some flexibility on her return date? If not you will have to notify IRCC that she will be out of Canada until a specific date and the process will restart at that point.

SINP Residency and University outside of SK

When trying to quote me context is important. “OP: Hence, the questions around if we can stay in Toronto/Vancouver initially and then plan move to SK after a year. What's your take? It's relieving to know that child can go to any college without impact to the residency obligations. My Answer...

Moving to Canada from US with PR

Impossible to say. You also may have difficulty getting a health card, a driver’s license and a SIN# if you don’t have one. If you have one it may be on hold if never used. Do you have an H&C reason why you didn’t meet RO with proof? As correctly pointed out answered the wrong question. Yes you...

My family members return homeland without PR obligation met

If your son wants to become a Canadian citizen he should remain in Canada and become compliant with his RO.

Can I submit a H&C application while still waiting for a police clearance certificate?

Your application can be returned as incomplete so would wait to receive PCC before applying. You need PCC way before AIP which is taking around 2 years to get an approval/refusal for most.

Passing US border with valid PR, but not meeting PR obligation 730 day

One caveat if the son and wife don’t plan on remaining in Canada and won’t be compliant with the residency requirements of that province they should not and can not apply for a health card.
