    Your application can be returned as incomplete so would wait to receive PCC before applying. You need PCC way before AIP which is taking around 2 years to get an approval/refusal for most.

    One caveat if the son and wife don’t plan on remaining in Canada and won’t be compliant with the residency requirements of that province they should not and can not apply for a health card.
