Need Advice: Non-accompanying spouse/child in EE profile!

Since this thread was started - in last couple of months? beginning of year? - i.e. more or less since the last posts here - there have been press reports (and presumably on the board here in the express entry forum) about IRCC 'cracking down' on this, and forcing applicants to add their spouses...

Staying in Quebec temporarily after landing

I think you'll be fine, don't worry about it - what you have mentioned above should be fine. I've no idea about the Quebec health insurance/once every seven year exemption. As far as I'm aware your health insurance shouldn't be valid if you're living abroad, but again, I don't know about that.

Staying in Quebec temporarily after landing

Small clarification: you mean that you and the sponsor live abroad and are coming to settle in Canada, and when you arrive (together) you will just stay in Quebec for a few weeks? And after that continue on to province of destination?

    February 2025 - Citizenship Applications

For the January applications that have rec'd oath invitation already, the most common mode is less than a month for the invitation after LPP. By nature that's a sample of ones that have gone more quickly. Invitations usually < a month before ceremony (fairly often ~2 weeks).

visitor record while applying for spousal sponsorship

It will probably be okay. Best thing to do is to submit the spousal sponsorship ASAP. Don't worry about the visitor record application now - what's done is done. Get the spousal sponsorship in.

    Error in marriage certificate

Well, again - nationality doesn't have any direct bearing on validity of the marriage (and marriage certificate) - possibly apart from some unusual countries/cases. And you say the docs have you as Canadian in other places - which logically should not be a thing. So personally I'd be...

    Error in marriage certificate

Hard to say. Do you mean the translation or the original? If it's the translation - get it translated again. That should be quick. If it's the original: well, my own view, this likely does not make the marriage certificate invalid, so not really significant. But I can't say how IRCC will approach.

Travelling with Minor PR Applicant – Can I Accompany Instead of Parent?

    1) You should be all right to accompany him (and fairly sure I've seen others have done this) but I'd suggest your father contact CBSA to confirm. Note, you don't say but it may be relevant whether you are over 18 or not; how old the younger brother is (although adult age is 18, there's at least...

I have got Request Letter (evidence) after receiving Citizenship Test letter 2 weeks ago

It's not entirely clear what next steps (a few possibilities) but if your AOR is late May, too early to be worried. Just wait some.

Renewing PR - Originally sponsored by ex-spouse, now divorced

As noted, it's divorced, but they do not even ask for the supporting documentation. Otherwise the fact you were sponsored / now divorced and are now applying to renew 'on your own' has no bearing, nothing to be concerned about. Your PR status is your own.

    Spousal sponsorship

    1. You can do either. Personally I'd suggest outland - there are no longer big disadvantages for most. (The longer processing times for inland may be a mirage, but why risk it?) 2. Yes. 3. She does not necessarily need to leave - can apply to extend, routinely granted for those with PR apps in...

Yes, I understand that each of the texts is in a different language. Is one the translation of the other? If so, you don't need to have the hindi text translated into English (again).

    2023 Citizenship Applications

At least some of the time it gets resolved because close to completion anyway - or sometimes just sending the demand letter itself (the first stage in process) encourages someone in IRCC to check and clear rather than deal with the paperwork. Other cases - "it depends."

Issue with CBSA Travel Record – Impact on Citizenship Eligibility

This is repetitive but: that is clearly some type of automated calculation. That may kick you out of the quicker (AI or risk-based?) simplified approval, but it doesn't mean it will be refused or subject to extra-super-slow processing. It almost certainly means it's kicked out to 'meat space' -...
