    There is never a perfect moment but employers and staff often take time off in July & August so hiring typically slows especially for office jobs. Most employers also function quite differently between the end of November to mid-January. The hiring process is very slow which doesn’t help.

    That is not a realistic plan for most. The mother can visit on a supervisa but needs to have a longterm plan for care in her home country. There will not be a pathway for many parents to remain in Canada and get PR.

    You have to consider that not a lot of hiring happens, except seasonal work, in November/December due to end of year and Christmas. Obviously there is some variability depending what NOC since some sectors are always looking to hire. Would suggest mid January landing vs end of October/November.
