    Need advice

That's not how it works. What does it show when it comes to your eligibility, background check, etc. Since you are writing under EE, I assume you've applied for PR, do you see CoPR number?

    Need advice

What's your question? Since you are asking under EE, you should've a tracker account - what does it show?

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

Then use US immigration forums. We can't help you on that here.

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

^^^^Shift Managers that work in Sulfuric Acid plants vs Shift Managers that work at Fast food have a huge salary delta. Show me a fast food shift manager that makes $70k/yr. I'm not going to tell you again and again to research, but here's another link that paints the picture...

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

I've already responded to you over your DMs that your calculations are wrong. Read this: https://www.glassdoor.ca/Salaries/fast-food-shift-manager-salary-SRCH_KO0,23.htm Look at the avg salary: $38k/month - that's before taxes. Smaller towns = low end of the salary, but the rent for a place...

Salary from foreign employer in foreign bank account for working in Canada

This won't be a CEC experience if you weren't getting paid by a Canadian employer.

    PNP Express Entry Timeline

Haha, no Sir or Maam here though! Here's the AoR thread: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/may-2025-aor.871236/ AOR = acknowledgement of receipt for the submission of your PR application against the ITA.

All completed on tracker but no decision or copr

It isn't going to impact your processing timeline. The overall PR volume is down (as ITAs are less), the queue of landing theory feels realistic (that most applicants are queued to be issued FD/RFVs/P1s/etc to match PR targets). It is a different era in Canadian immigration tbh. So, we don't...

    PNP Express Entry Timeline

No one can tell you how long it can take. SLA for these is more than 6 months. So, balance your expectations against that. And yes, you can travel to India/USA without needing another PCC. Also, would suggest joining the AOR May 2025 thread if you haven't already.

My score is low, but I am qualified to get in pool, shall I applied?

Search the forum, you'll find at least 2-3 case studies of people getting through to french CLB7 in 8 months to 15 months. 6 months is a bit tight, but if you only do french full-time (8-10 hours per day), it is possible.

Looking for Truck driving opportunities in Canada from South Africa

See, takers (especially skilled ones) for LMIAs are many. I'd suggest that you apply to some of these jobs, see where you get to, don't get scammed or pay anyone for LMIA though. Trucking is an oversaturated business as a whole, so they are hire and abuse temporary workers. You can also look up...

Looking for Truck driving opportunities in Canada from South Africa

Google is your friend here. But, since you haven't searched yet, read this and more like this: Jobbank is just to target desperate people tbh (wasn't designed to scam at all, but that's how bad employers are using it). Jobs are short in Canada, most unskilled folks are dime a dozen, etc - so...

Looking for Truck driving opportunities in Canada from South Africa

They usually are scams OR are likely to be selling LMIA. Try other sites or apply at specific website of the trucking companies.

    Strategy for EE

But, what about the eligibility itself? You can layer French on top to qualify if you have more than 67 points to qualify.

    Strategy for EE

    > without knowing anything about them they are automatically very dismissive. I specifically asked about eligibility. We can't suggest EE to someone who isn't eligible, right? OP also specifically asked about EE. >but no need to be so quick to judge There are at least two responses that asked...

    IELTS for Student Visa

Duolingo is not accepted by IRCC. Conestoga will accept anything to make money tbh, they are a diploma mill. Check language requirements on IRCC's website and give the test.

    Ordering GCMS after PR approval?

    >Does ordering GCMS notes after PR approval effect in any negative way? No. That's not how IRCC works. GCMS/CBSA notes don't impact your application (let alone impacting in negative way!).

PR application is stuck at Security assessment

You either have: 1. bg started but stuck in an intermediate step as the next step hasn't yet started 2. or you're in SS No guessing would help here, file GCMS/CBSA notes to get a better idea.
