    If you’ve already received AIP which it seems you guys have then use that to go to service Ontario and apply for ohip. As for the rests I’m not sure but I just used my AIP and got ohip two weeks ago.

    Them requesting the fee is not a good or bad sign. They won’t progress the application unless that fee is paid.     Keep the faith, you’re going to get a letter called PFL, how you respond to that will determine the outcome of your filing. If it’s serious it’ll be an interview if not just a letter asking for clarification, time is no longer on your side it’s going to get dragged out.

    That is absolutely not normal, not what I’ve seen in the past 3 years. 5 months for AOR is an absolute stretch.

    That’s rather long for not even receiving AOR, imo not normal but others may say otherwise. I’d say call IRCC agent like and ask the status of the application they should be able to give you some sort of insight.
