I submitted my file as a legally separated but yesterday I received a letter from the IRCC saying that you're still legally married and gave me 3 options to continue. 1. Declare the divorce and submit the certificate within 90 days 2. Continue as non accompanying spouse 3. Withdraw and apply...- regretforget23
