PR Card Renewal with Urgent Processing

If you have approx 850 days of residency in Canada in the past five years then I don't see why there would be any delays. Keep in mind that the 12 days is processing time only and doesn't include mailing.

PR Card Renewal with Urgent Processing

PR card renewals without urgent processing is 12 days. Generally we are seeing people receive the cards before they get any sort of confirmation because of the fast processing time. Whether IRCC decides to process urgently is up to them but with such a short regular processing time, there's not...

If PRTD application under H&C considerations is rejected

Congrats. In that case, you'll want to move back and live in Canada for two years straight before you submit the application to renew your PR card. At least that will be the safest way to play things. Congrats again.

That's not the case. IRCC will sometimes cancel valid TRVs. If the H&C application is refused, there will be a very high chance the TRV will be canceled. She should avoid leaving Canada for any reason. If an extension is refused, she should remain in Canada without status until the outcomes of...

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

IMO PNP is no longer viable for food service supervisors / managers. It used to be but provinces are issuing fewer invitations now and this occupation generally isn't being invited now. Note that you have to be a full time student if you are on a study permit. You cannot be part time.

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

That's not what was said. What was said is that job offers / LMIA supported work permits no longer give you additional points. This is a rule that was changed recently. Skilled work still gives you points. Just no job offer points.

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

I don't understand what you mean by that. If you want PR, it will be quite a bit more difficult to qualify and be selected if you only have a diploma and no degree. But getting PR may not matter to you. It's ultimately your choice what you do.
