Received PFL for PRTD Application - Need assistance

Agreed it would be helpful to see the exact text in the PFL. They need to confirm they don't meet RO and provide more H&C evidence. They should add further evidence to show the grandmother's medical condition and also evidence that there were no other family members in the home county and no...

    SINP Eligibility

Call SINP. To the best of my knowledge there is a six month restriction on reapplying for the program if you were refused however you are well beyond that. What are the exact reasons why you agent is saying your spouse cannot apply?

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

As we've been saying, with just 1-2 years of shift manager work experience in Canada and a college diploma you're most likely not going to score enough points to be selected for PR. Another member here checked your Express Entry calculations and you didn't calculate correctly. You want to get at...

    Spousal sponsorship

What do you mean by "received COPR"? Do you mean that IRCC assigned a number? If so, that is an administrative step and doesn't indicate final approval. PPR could be anywhere from a few days to a few months from now.

    Dependents and stident visa

It depends on who that dependent is. The short answer is that you can generally apply to bring a dependent but approval is not guaranteed.

If PRTD application under H&C considerations is rejected

IMO isn't not so lucky. It would be far far better for it to say RC-1. Then you could apply for a new PR card as soon as you return to Canada.

common law spouse OR spouse sponsorship application

Do do have an OWP and job that is at least six months in duration? I thought that was required to get OHIP. AOR only confirms your application has been received and is complete. Agree that AOR does not confirm you have passed eligibility.

PR Card Renewal with Urgent Processing

Based on this new information, I agree. It's going to be a dice roll if this is treated as a standard or non standard application. If non standard, the processing times will go out the window.

HELP! My PR application was refused, found out the interview officer lied in the note. Any suggestions or advice for me?

Hold on. Were you refused in 2024? If so, too late to appeal at this point. You needed to do that right after the refusal.

Inland Spousal Sponsorship for Out of Status Applicant

I can't tell you what to write but it's very much recommended that honest answers be given to IRCC, including declaring any illegal work. If you want help with how to exactly respond, then you may want to hire an immigration lawyer to advise you.
