    It would have been sad if you had been refused after 6 months given that there were some concerns about your file. Given the 6 months processing this was likely a potential outcome. Then you would have had to attempt RAD, JR, H&C, etc. with no guarantee of PR.

    Not sure what type of masters you did but the current value of a masters degree (even from a reputable school) and whether it makes sense to pursue one is a larger discussion not related to immigration.
