    As already mentioned in the fall things slow down because IRCC has often reached or nearly reached their 2025 quota. PR approval is approximately chronological. There is some variability even by a few months. As long as people are moving with the trend then all people can do is be patient.

    Assume your children are also PRs and will be accompanying you. To meet RO you needed to have met the 730 days from when you landed not the expiry date of the PR card.

    Winning judicial review doesn’t guarantee approval. Your application will be reviewed again. Why your judicial review was approved has a lot to do with whether your parents will get approved for PGP.
