    Yes you're right. I have verified again and confirming that I have applied under Family Class Sponsorship with H&C consideration. It's not filed under direct H&C Application. Got to know that they're two different things. Thanks for clarification.

    it's all as one. Since I am not eligible for Rehab application at this time. Rather waiting for it I can apply for H&C with Spousal which will be considered as Hardship and all other factors.
