    Processing for PR card renewal based on H&C tends to be around a year these days so you’re often better off just remaining in Canada for 2 years which is a guaranteed way to renew your PR card

    It is an extremely long process to first get the LMIA and then get the WP. Most are not willing to go through the hassle especially in this economy and with the long delays and a lot of candidates already able to work in Canada.
