    Can you give a link for that? To the best of my knowledge the RTD is only available to refugee claimants who have been accepted as a protected person. I'm not aware of a travel document that is available with H&C AIP.

    It's eligibility to the best of my knowledge. AIP generally means someone is going to be approved but refusal is still possible, although rare.
