i need your urgent advice please

This program normally leads into a Bachelor of Nursing. Otherwise there's really no point in taking the pre-nursing course. Did she indicate in her LOE that she planned to then take the BN?

    Shall I decline the ITA?

I don't think it's speculation at all. Residing means living in Canada now. It doesn't mean a future intent to reside. We've seen plenty of people here lose the 15 points since their sibling was not currently living in Canada. The definition of residing is quite straight forward.

Apply SP or Vistor for Undeclared Minor

Talk to a lawyer. I don't understand why you would wait for his 18th birthday. This is nonsense advice.

    Spouse sponsorship

I mentioned earlier that I would reapply vs. appealing.

    Spouse sponsorship

    Ultimately it's your choice.

    Spouse sponsorship

I would reapply. You were correctly refused for failing to declare your previous marriage (and were lucky you didn't end up with a ban). Appeals are most appropriate when the refusal was procedurally unfair / incorrect. You were correctly refused.

    Refugee cbsa meeting

OP specified in their first post. They were deemed ineligible to claim asylum.

    Refugee cbsa meeting

I don't think there is any way to know the decision in advance. You will find out in the meeting.

    Refugee cbsa meeting

I don't think there's any way any of us can guess what the outcome will be. Good luck and hope it's positive.

    Shall I decline the ITA?

I think it's more likely that IRCC will end up saying you cannot claim the 15 points, you'll drop below the cut off, and the application will be refused - and it's less likely this will result in a successful path to PR. Your sister has been outside of Canada for well over a year now and is not...

    Shall I decline the ITA?

Generally this isn't sufficient and you can expect IRCC to request additional evidence that she is actually residing in Canada such as employment records, property ownership / rental, etc.

    Shall I decline the ITA?

Your sister isn't living in Canada so you don't qualify for the 15 points. You can certainly try applying regardless, however you'll want to have a firm back up plan in place on alternative paths for PR or ways of increasing your score since there will be a high chance of refusal if IRCC asks...

Apply SP or Vistor for Undeclared Minor

You can try applying for your son. You will need to include an LOE explaining why you failed to declare him in all previous applications. It may be best to use a lawyer for this application. No one here can tell you if your son will be approved or denied. This is not a straight forward case.

Study Permit Processing Time – Urgent Help Needed

OP is a protected person so this would have to be a within Canada application.

PR card renewal acknowledgement using Permanent Resident Portal

It's an important distinction. This means you know when the estimated processing time starts. Let's say you applied online. Assuming so, processing time starts as soon as you submit your application through the IRCC portal, not when IRCC bothers to open your application, per your original post...

    Refusal Visitor

Get GCMS notes. When you reapply, shorten the trip to 2 weeks. 1 month is actually on the longer side and can show a lack of ties.

PR card renewal acknowledgement using Permanent Resident Portal

FYI - Processing times are from when the application is received by IRCC, not when the applicationed is opened by IRCC.

    Refusal Visitor

How long a visit did you request? Have you already submitted the spousal sponsorship application and received AOR? Does she have previous travel to countries requiring visas?

    Refusal Visitor

I would order GCMS notes. MP's office won't necessarily give you the full details.
