Is it possible to cause a delay in your spouse sponsorship application

IRCC won't give you advice (you would need to hire a lawyer or consultant for advice). Again, there is no option that allows you to pause or delay. The options are to continue with the application or withdraw at some point in the process before the end. Keep in mind if your partner becomes a PR...

Is it possible to cause a delay in your spouse sponsorship application

To be clear, this is for those who already have PR. And agreed, the requirement to stay with the sponsoring spouse after PR is long gone. If you don't yet have PR, this unfortunately doesn't help in any way.

Vulnerable open work Permit process time

If you leave your job voluntarily, then you won't qualify for EI. If you are fired, then you may qualify for EI if you meet EI requirements. Specfically, you need to have worked between 420 and 700 insurable hours to quaify. You can see furher details here...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

I've been around here a bit longer than you. The two examples I can think of is when FSW applicants waited 5+ years (this was pre Express Entry) and then a large batch of applications were just canceled. Parent sponsorship ended up being 10+ even 13+ years before the introduction of the caps...

Is it possible to cause a delay in your spouse sponsorship application

There really isn't a way to do this. If application processing gets close to completing and you aren't sure about the relationship, best option is to withdraw.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

There were periods of time in the not so distant past where processing times for certain application programs exceeded 10 years.

Not Declared Common-Law Despite 12+ Months Living Together – Does Relationship Nature Matter for IRCC?

    PR for Mother

NZ has a parent sponsorship visa that qualifies a person for permanent residency after holding the resident visa for 10 years. The resident visa allows a parent to live in NZ, as well as work / study. This program only issues a limited number of visas each year but is open right now to new EOIs...

    MNPN POINTS

Look for ways to increase your points. Provinces have generally reduced the number of nominations they are issuing so draw points will likely stay in the range they are now or even potentially increase.

Can I visit and stay in Canada if work permit from outside Canada is in progress ?

Your spouse needs to be physically in Canada to qualify to apply for an OWP. I assume you are a Canadian citizen who has sponsored their spouse for PR.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

She can apply for H&C. No one here can tell you what the chances of success will be. If she wants to make a refugee claim, she should really be doing that first (not applying for H&C). However unless there's information you're not sharing, it doesn't sound like she has the grounds for a...

Can I apply for Canadian PR from abroad after getting my PGWP and CSQ?

If the program you have applied under doesn't require you to be living / working on Canada to qualify, then you are fine.

Can I apply for Canadian PR from abroad after getting my PGWP and CSQ?

There's nothing stopping you from applying from outside of Canada and this won't be held against you. Whether being outside of Canada impacts your eligibility and approval depends on which program you have applied under. Some programs require you to be actively working in Canada.

    Will UK Ban Affect Canada

I would very strongly recommend notifying IRCC through a web form asap. You don't want them to find this first. That has the potential to be a huge disaster for your application and your ability to remain in Canada.
