    The recent CBSA notes was received on Aug 7, 2025 and I ordered it on July 20, 2025. Less than 20 days. I ordered CSIS noted three times. One was in July 2024 and received it on Aug 2024. The second one was on Dec 2024 and the third one was on March 2025. Both of them were not received so far.

    My dad only had several years of conscript over 50 years ago in China, 20 months of security screening and still going on. From my research, if judge thinks it is necessary to continue doing security check, then we have to wait. Mandamus is a possible chance but not guarantee.

    Usually, it is a good sign to redo medical test. When did your husband' security check start? You may IRCC to tell them your situation and ask them how to deal with it?
