Yes that’s what I said u need to apply and will be eligible. There is difference between “priority” and “not required” so yes we r not getting prioritize processes but still in a stream. Thats what I meant.- PR waiting

Giving PR is not required? u r away from reality, literally it said eligible for permanent residence on NOD, and this group has already applied it means they are already on the way to get PR and secondly talking about quota, every stream has quota, and we are aware of that.
