    In my case it took a week to cancel the voter ID. Form 7 acknowledgement will be available immediately once you submit form 7 in the voter self service portal.

    It depends from centre to centre. I went to Ottawa BLS and they did asked for form 7 acknowledgement print out. See, BLS is not consistent in their work, someday they ask for something other days they will not. So depends on you luck :)

    BLS agent told that electricity bill/utility bill that appear in the drop down are just example. You can upload driver's licence by selecting the utility bill option (or whatever its called...I dont remember exactly)
