My understanding is that all citizenship applications go to Vancouver for LPP so you are probably right. It’s not a coincidence that everyone’s applications seem to be ‘stuck’ at the Vancouver office once they’ve gone past the test and BGC stages.- lasignor_90

I'm in the same boat. I've decided to reschedule the oath if it conflicts with my trip out of Canada. Unfortunately, I can't move or cancel the trip since it's a family event. I can only hope that it works in my favour at this point but not worried at all.- lasignor_90

Good thing is, BG is complete. You shouldn’t be worried about something you have no control over. All you can do is get on with your life and hope for the best :) If you have it before September, all good. If you don’t, go and enjoy your trip :)- lasignor_90
