    If the courses are all available in the fall, then yes you would be eligible based on not having more than one part time semester. Some courses are not available each semester. When does your study permit expire?

    To be eligible for PGWP, you can only be part time for the last semester. So if you have part time semesters you are not eligible. When you submit PGWP application, you can explain why you were not full time and why you didn't take courses to maintain full time status.

    You stop once you have course completion and start work when you apply for PGWP. Your study permit expires 90 days after course completion.

    What do you mean stopping you? If she has cancelled it through her lawyer then it is cancelled.
