    No impact because sibling needs to show funds, not you. You can write a letter of invitation but sibling needs to show cash in the bank to support a visit.

    You cannot apply for a TRV inside Canada if you are on a visitor visa. You don't need a visitor visa if inside Canada. You can only apply once you leave Canada. You need a visitor record to extend your stay.

    Also in the past with students attending ICM (which is sort of a scam school with a bad rep), students could just extend study permits and change DLI. Now with needing a new studying permit and PAL, it will be interesting to see how students of ICM make out and get approval for the second study...

    Yes because you will have to show funds again, PAL and apply for study permit for U of M. Also depending when your ICM program finishes, you may have semesters off before a response on U of M application. Not sure of your plans because don't believe you can work at ICM and would not be able to...

    If investment certificates are cash in the bank now then okay. If not available until Feb 2026 then may not be considered. Also your dad's personal account should have explanation that he has other funds to support himself and his family. Uncle's education and returning home are not relevant...
