    Don't think so as LMIAs no longer give points. You would need a LMIA from the company first. Is it approved? Contact IRCC and ask.

    If OP got AOR in February then would not have lost the points. ITA may have been given only because OP got the 50 points so if changes jobs, then should lose the points.

    If you received program completion letter then you cannot work until you apply for PGWP. Apply for PGWP now.

    You will lose the 50 points if you change jobs before PR. So if score is high enough without the 50 points then you can change. Also you would need a new closed work permit to work for new company with the approved LMIA exempt permit. Assume they applied and paid compliance fee.

    No. H&C is to get PR. There is no work permit so she needs to plan to not work for at least 2 years or more. She stays in Canada. So she wants to have money to support herself and have funds if she needs any medical care plus daily living expenses. She has to show why H&C is her only option...

    No. Being a volunteer doesn't prove much. How is her family and children entrenched in Canada? Does she meet H&C requirements? Why can't she return home? Not applying for HCCP in time is not a reason. When does her permit expire?
