    My suggestion is always collect your passport from VFS for many reasons.     Refer to this, in June Supervisa group. They asked for PCC and issued PPR. He is an retired police officer too

    NOA of 2024 is required with paystubs of last six months. so you should be okay with it if the income in 2024 meets the threshhold required. Apply before October 31st. for the continuity of the paystubs.
