    We are referring to what has lead to cessation cases. Would not recommend applying for your home country passport but in cases where it was not used to travel courts have not upheld cessation.

    These cessation reasons all refer to obtaining and using home country passport: (a) the person has voluntarily reavailed themself of the protection of their country of nationality; (b) the person has voluntarily reacquired their nationality;

    Did she receive eCOPR? If so she can leave Canada but will need her PR card or a PRTD to return by air. She can travel by land without the card or PRTD and just show her eCOPR.
