    Waiting 15 days to complete the upfront medical may actually make processing faster. It certainly won’t make it dramatically longer. Processing can take months so 15 days is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You wouldn’t want to risk having your application sent back/refused as incomplete.

    Not considered skilled work. It would be essentially impossible to immigrate to Canada as a bartender right now. Have you worked in Canada? How old are you? What country are you from? Do you have post-secondary education? Do you speak French...

    Would show your personal account where you have been paid for at least the past 1.5 years and your father’s personal account. You can show proof of his business and how much the business makes yearly if he doesn’t have sufficient funds for the whole 2 years.

    That is a bad idea. Funds in a business account are supposed to be used for a business. Many people have been denied for showing business account not personal account.

You really should have applied for the SOWP at the same time as his study permit or at least 6 months ago when it appeared he’d be able to start in September.
