Proof of fund for study permit

That is a bad idea. Funds in a business account are supposed to be used for a business. Many people have been denied for showing business account not personal account.

Denied marriage, looking to do refugee claim

Then unless they are holding back referrals there was very little point in putting in a date or that clause. The goal of being able to eliminate groups in general from the backlog would be sufficient.

How long does it take to receive the Decision Letter?

Congratulations. Would expect it to take from a few weeks up to a few months depending on the member and whether they are up-to-date on their admin work.

    Sowp and medical situation

The length of his study permit maybe the issue. You really should have applied for the SOWP at the same time as his study permit or at least 6 months ago when it appeared he’d be able to start in September. Not sure I would mention the medical issue. If his mental health is so severe he should...

Is your husband actively studying his masters full-time and how long does he have left in his studies? How long is left on his study permit?

Proof of funds for study permit

If your goal is career success go to another at least top 20 MBA program from a public university in Canada. Top 10 would be better. If not attending a top ranking MBA program in your home county. If your goal is to immigrate to Canada got to something like nursing school whether in Canada or...

Proof of funds for study permit

Insane that provinces keep licensing these degree mills. I had never heard of it either. I hope that Ontario allocates no to minimal PALs to these schools.

Travel with Travel Documents For Protected Persons/Refugees

Easy to falsify but could be part of evidence you save. Which is why I suggest pictures, receipts, etc. Not an issue for all travellers on RTDs but a good idea in areas where borders are porous or open between neighbouring countries and your home country.

    PNP preferably from Ontario

There are no options for your family at the moment. How old are you? Are you married? If so how old are they and what is their ed/work experience? What is your education history? Have you ever worked or studied in Canada? What are your language scores? Do you know French?

Travel with Travel Documents For Protected Persons/Refugees

If traveling in the Schengen area and your home country which you sought protection from is Hungary I would save evidence of daily activities and where you stayed daily. I would even take pictures in front of recognizable monuments every day so that it is easy to prove you remained outside of...

    US B1/B2 Visa Questions

Are you sure the visas are still valid? Many get cancelled once you claim asylum in Canada. You submit your RTD. You can get your home country passport back from CBSA or explain it was confiscated by CBSA when you claimed asylum. If you have any photocopies of your previous passport I would...

Denied marriage, looking to do refugee claim

Don’t interpret the proposed bill that way. I read it as though you would be ineligible for referral so the application would no longer be valid not that you are safe if you make it to RPD. “As proposed, a claim would be ineligible for referral if refugee protection is claimed more than one...

    Parents not at wedding

It is really based on the situation. For example if you have lived together for 5 years then IRCC isn’t likely to be concerned about the validity of your relationship/marriage. If you have known each other for less than a year, have never lived together, one of your status is about to expire or...
