    PGP is a relatively long process although there is huge variability in processing times between applicants (years). You should be prepared to be patient. Just getting to apply means you are very lucky.

    Waiting 15 days to complete the upfront medical may actually make processing faster. It certainly won’t make it dramatically longer. Processing can take months so 15 days is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You wouldn’t want to risk having your application sent back/refused as incomplete.

    It is a relatively new change so you may have gotten away with not submitting that medical upfront but no guarantee it will continue to be overlooked.

    Shouldn’t be an issue as long as you can show your spouse can support you financially. In this case you can also show your savings and your PT work as additional family funds.     Would show your personal account where you have been paid for at least the past 1.5 years and your father’s personal account. You can show proof of his business and how much the business makes yearly if he doesn’t have sufficient funds for the whole 2 years.
