Regional Case Officer also Inspect PR Residency Obligation?

How much time have you spent in Canada? In the past 5 years? Have you ever applied for a PRTD? Agree you need a lawyer. Extremely strange and disturbing that you were able to get the TRV.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

If that was the case every Ukrainian would have had access to the Ukranian H&C program. All of the Ukranians who have sought safety in Europe would also have a pathway to remain in their host country. There are also people who will want to return home. Canada just can’t absorb such large groups...

Processing time for H&C applicant is now 12-600months. 600 months!!!! You know the numbers are bad and/or there is something changing when the government redacts them...

Regional Case Officer also Inspect PR Residency Obligation?

Very strange that you were able to obtain a TRV. You can try to negotiate but no guarantees. You are now on IRCC’s radar for non-compliance. When did you get PR and how much time have you spent in Canada? In the last 5 years? Assume they want IRCC to determine whether you can keep PR or not...

I just need some help understanding what's going on with my application

When did you start your studies in Canada and were you a full-time student since then? Are you trying to finish a program or start a new one? Removal orders take time so not having received one doesn’t mean much..

Learn French, boost your IELTS scores, do another degree that gives you a specialization that may still be in demand in IT now and in the future, etc. No shortage of unemployed tech workers these days. Express Entry/SNIP Occupation In-Demand/FSW

Do you live in SK? Canadian work experience? If not given your profile there is no pathway to immigrate. Even with Canadian experience living in SK could be difficult to get PR with IT.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Literally a child of an immigrant that fled a war and persecution. That was a very long time ago and Canada’s ability to absorb people was very different, immigration was coming mainly from one region of the world, Canada’s median age was young, no government financial or social supports existed...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

This was never the plan. The plan was originally for only a work permit with no support and that was one of the justification for the no cap on applications. Once people arrived it became clear that many would not be able to work, many couldn’t support themselves especially initially, etc. and...

Our medical expire after 10 days.

It will likely be one of the last steps before approval if it is requested again. This is to try and ensure that the medical won’t expire before you relocate to Canada. Your case can be reassessed at any point so not a guarantee but a good sign.

    Super visa refusal

The fact that she is coming to provide a caregiving role that may not be an emergency is likely the issue. That could be considered both work and a reason she would not return home. Apply for GCMS notes to hopefully get a more detailed explanation of why she was denied.

School acceptance for minor (secondary school)

Would add that in many provinces/boards you also would be required to pay tuition as an international student if mother has not obtained a WP. In this situation all that matters is that the mother’s status not yours. The child is a dependent of the mother not your family in immigration terms.

    Points of 2 years studies

Assume a 2 year program typically represents a greater specialization and more in depth studies which is not always the case with 1+1.
