They don't tell you anything until you ask them. I explicitly had to ask about my primary office and then they told me it was changed from Sydney to Vancouver.- dunkinhortons

Why not? If I had not called them I would not have found about the fact that Background has two parts - criminality and security. Also would not have known that the file moved to another office without calling. Tracker does not show these things, unfortunately.- dunkinhortons
