Im outside of Canada so in my case there is no p1 and p2, its just final decision and then COPR. I went through the comprehensive security check and yesterday received an update about the final decision then today received the pre-arrival services email and then saw the COPR under the tracker...
I am in the same bot with you, received new medical expiry date and all stages turned to completed since 29th July 2025 but nothing happened ever since. even gckey shows medical turning into completed on 29th July but eligibility and background check are still in process there.
