H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

So it's going to be very difficult for us too guess timelines. As discussed above, you have applied for spousal sponsorship with H&C considerations (not for H&C directly). These application are not common. Estimated processing times are not published by IRCC and the number of people applying...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

I think you're right. It sounds like OP has applied for PR under spousal sponsorship but with H&C considerations to try to overcome the inadmissibility. As you've said, this would mean the class of the application is Family class and not H&C.

Canadian Citizen living and working abroad - needing a spouse visa for my wife

You can definitely get someone on the phone however it would need to be an immigration lawyer or a consultant. IRCC doesn't provide advice for individual situations. I'm not sure it makes sense to do the spousal sponsorship now. It doesn't sound like you are sure you are moving to Canada soon...

TRV Application inside Canada Delay, but I have vacation at the end of June

The conditions and class of your ticket will tell you if it can be cancelled or not. If you aren't certain, call the airline. I don't know if two months in your home county is enough time for the visa to be processed and to get the visa stamp. It may or it may not be. Unfortunately there is no...

    Medical

They have. You need to send a reconsideration request via webform and ask for your case to be reopened. If you want to try this, you should make sure you complete your medical first before requesting reconsideration and also include the documents that IRCC doesn't think were submitted as part of...

TRV Application inside Canada Delay, but I have vacation at the end of June

You're right about this. It can also take time to get the passport stamp and if Canada Post goes on strike this could delay the delivery and/or return of your passport. How long do you plan to be in your home country?

TRV Application inside Canada Delay, but I have vacation at the end of June

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait. There is no way to expedite processing. Even if the TRV is not available in time, you could always still go on the trip and then get your visa stamped once it's approved outside of Canada. Of course that depends on how comfortable you are...

Your old application is dead in the water and cannot be revived. You'll need to submit a new application and will want to do that asap. IRCC will in certain circumstances allow you to count time spent with a citizen spouse outside of Canada however will also at time applied the "who followed...

When was the medical requested exactly? What were the two documents you sent via web form that were not accepted? Some documents have to be included with the original application and cannot be sent later. It's difficult to help you when you only provide high level answers to questions without...

i need your urgent advice please

This program normally leads into a Bachelor of Nursing. Otherwise there's really no point in taking the pre-nursing course. Did she indicate in her LOE that she planned to then take the BN?

    Shall I decline the ITA?

I don't think it's speculation at all. Residing means living in Canada now. It doesn't mean a future intent to reside. We've seen plenty of people here lose the 15 points since their sibling was not currently living in Canada. The definition of residing is quite straight forward.

Talk to a lawyer. I don't understand why you would wait for his 18th birthday. This is nonsense advice.
