Them requesting the fee is not a good or bad sign. They won’t progress the application unless that fee is paid. Whether you pay it when you’re submitting or wait until they ask for it it doesn’t mean good or bad they probably haven’t even went through the application yet they’re just assessing...- Amiah_world

Keep the faith, you’re going to get a letter called PFL, how you respond to that will determine the outcome of your filing. If it’s serious it’ll be an interview if not just a letter asking for clarification, time is no longer on your side it’s going to get dragged out.- Amiah_world

That’s rather long for not even receiving AOR, imo not normal but others may say otherwise. I’d say call IRCC agent like and ask the status of the application they should be able to give you some sort of insight.- Amiah_world
