    Enough with the doomsday rhetoric. 5-10 years processing is not going to happen- especially when so many on temporary permits are choosing to leave on their own accord. We are seeing thousands of hindus and sikhs leaving the country already.

    Its a guarantee for PR if you pass the subsequent checks. For example, additional security checks, medical, misrepresentation... If you have AIP, you will have PR in respect to the eligibility of your case/story.

    She is here on a work permit.. meaning, she has the option to obtain PR through a working stream. H&C is a last resort for people who have exhausted their options. Someone that is here on a work permit has not exhausted their options. Its a verk weak case. She has better luck expiring her...

    She is not in Canada, has no footing in Canada aside from her children, and cannot contribute anything/nor has ever contributed anything to Canada. Even if she was here on a visitor visa for a couple of years, it makes not much of a difference in this class. Very slim chance

    I have posted this already but there seems to be some confusion. I am asking again more clearly. Can anyone help me with obtaining a work visa/authorization to work IN PUNJAB INDIA? NOT in Canada.
