It is not allowed to send passport by courier, any other options?
Hi guys Thanks a lot for your comments and insights. For now, I'd like to politely refuse not to share the countries for personal reasons. But for anyone in the same boat, I wanted to share that VFS allows in person submission (screenshot below), so I will have her brother submit the passport...- alxms10

Hi guys Once my wife receives a passport request, she will need to send it from our country "X" to country "Y" because we don't have a Canadian embassy or VFS in our country. The problem is that DHL (which is only courier service) told me my government notified them they cannot mail passports...- alxms10
